You are hereby notified that your personal information and, if applicable, that of your representative/s and other parties provided to Hermannsburg School herein or otherwise, will be collected and processed by Hermannsburg School in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPI).

The information is collected primarily for the purposes of enabling Hermannsburg School to update and maintain a valid marketing and communications database in order to facilitate the transactional processes between Hermannsburg School and the client.

By submitting the information, you hereby confirm the following:
